PGP for 13 years.
When you first started in the industry, what surprised you the most?
The industry seems large with so many sub contractors, but its a lot more intertwined the more you get involved.

Uptown area
What has been the biggest change you have seen in the construction industry?
Most recently the implement of AI, and continued development through all phases of the job
What is the first thing you notice when visiting a project or jobsite?
I always look at the door logo and see which manufacturer supplied the storefront/CW material.
Favorite Mexican food or bbq spot?
Mexican Food - Mi Cosina. BBQ - Hutchins BBQ or Terry Blacks
